By checking the box below, I agree the Lillooet Tribal Council and the Lillooet Rec Center are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property occurring on or around the premises or during any events, programs, or activities. By entering the facility or participating in any activities, individuals assume all risks associated with their presence and participation.
Participants and visitors agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Lillooet Tribal Council, the Lillooet Rec Center, its employees, officers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from injury, loss, or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By using the facilities or participating in activities, individuals acknowledge and accept this liability waiver.
